Individual Counselling Sessions

I can offer you a warm, safe environment to help you explore your problems without passing judgement. No one is more of an expert on your life than you and I want to understand and work through your problems with you. I value your experiences and what you bring to our sessions. We will work together in order to build confidence, independence, and resilience to improve and maintain your wellbeing.
Couples Counselling Sessions
£70
Couples counselling can be a useful tool to discuss and explore strengths and challenges within a relationship. I can provide a safe, supportive space to hold difficult conversations in order to help you, your partner, and your relationship move forward.
Online Video Counselling Sessions
£60-£70
If you're unable to meet, I am happy to offer you individual (£60) or couples (£70) video counselling sessions to accommodate your needs.
Walk and Talk Counselling Sessions
£60
Walk and talk sessions are a creative alternative to traditional counselling. Instead of having sessions inside my office, the session will take place outdoors in and around Chichester Canal or Dell Quay. Nature can be incredibly healing/relaxing and this can aid in the therapeutic process. Walk and Talk counselling offers a different approach where you can breathe, move and talk through whatever you're struggling with.
These sessions can be either 60 mins or 90 mins.
Supervision
£50/hr
I have a diploma in Clinical Supervision from the University of Derby and approach supervision using the Seven Eyed model. I have worked as an integrative psychotherapist (main modalities are Humanistic, ACT, and CBT) since 2013 and have had my own private practice since 2018.
I offer a flexible, yet structured supervision approach that can be tailored to suit your supervision needs, in order to enhance your way of working with clients.
