I’ll work with you to explore your relationships and find a way to reconnect and rebuild so you can get back to living the life that you want.

I can help you understand yourself and your relationships better so that you can form more meaningful connections.
I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples online or in person in my private practice. For more about me and my qualifications, click here
I can offer a warm, safe environment to help explore your problems without passing judgement, and sometimes with a little bit of (appropriate) humour.
No one is more of an expert on your life than you and I want to understand and work through your problems with you. I value your experiences and what you bring to our sessions.
