A Bit About Therapy

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Sometimes it can be hard to talk to family or friends about what's really going on with you. Having no one to talk to can lead to feeling isolated and alone, and can add to existing problems. 


Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I look to work with you on your journey towards healing. 

It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike.
